  • MAIN PRINCIPLES OF INTERNATIONAL TRADE COOPERATION WITH TDC

    1. The offer of TDC is dedicated to businesses operating throughout the European Union and outside the EU.
    2. The offer of TDC includes all products available in the Store, as well as non-standard goods outside the Store’s offer, which are custom-made (i.e. non-standard formats, non-standard graphics, individual texts in foreign languages). A card with example patterns is available in the Store at www.signs-tdc.com/patterns. TDC provides the option of producing unusual signs with its current production technology, which gives excellent photometric parameters of photo-luminescent signs and the highest quality.
    3. Our products comply with all quality requirements resulting from regulations applicable in the Seller’s country as of the day of order fulfilment.
    4. The minimum number of a single product item in any format for a single order of non-standard goods is 50 pieces. For an order of a single item in any format exceeding 150 pieces, an additional discount is available.
    5. All prices given in the Store are final. Prices for non-standard goods are agreed upon with the Client on an individual order basis.
    6. The current list of prices is available for a Client after e-mailing registration documents to TDC, office@signs-tdc.com.
    7. The sales procedure is carried out in the following steps:
      • A. After receiving an order, TDC issues a pro-forma invoice in PLN (exclusive of transport costs) and e-mails it to the Client. Orders can be placed via the Store or e-mailed to office@signs-tdc.com, faxed to +48 58 552 8287, made over the phone +48 601 59 44 44 or by mail to: TDC - TOP DESIGN CHUDZYŃSKI I WSPÓLNICY SPÓŁKA JAWNA, ul. Oliwska 166, 80-209 Chwaszczyno, Poland.
      • B. Having received a payment, TDC prepares the goods for dispatch, calculates the exact costs of delivery (because only then is the dispatch weight known) and issues an original VAT invoice (including the cost of transport). If a delivery is made outside the EU, the transport cost increases with customs duties, according to the rate applicable in the relevant country.
        Average delivery costs are as follows (as of 1 January 2012, DPD pricelist)
        • The average cost of delivery to EU states, weight up to 31.5 kg — about EUR 40;
        • The average cost of customs duties for deliveries outside the EU — EUR 40 per parcel;
        • The average cost of delivery outside the EU including customs duties, parcel up to 31.5 kg — about EUR 90; and
        • DPD courier services with a ‘guaranteed delivery time’ option — EUR 15.
      • C. TDC issues VAT invoices with a 0% VAT rate for all goods.
      • D. Orders are fulfilled based on prepayments. An extended payment term is available after signing an international sales and delivery contract with TDC.
    8. TDC provides short lead times. The average lead time in the EU is 3-5 working days (DPD data). The maximum delivery time is 14 working days. For an additional fee of EUR 15, it is possible to use the option of ‘guaranteed delivery time’. Deliveries are made according to EXW or FAC conditions, INCOTERMS 2010.
    9. No goods can be returned, except in the case of goods with confirmed physical defects (e.g. damage, quantity shortages).
    10. To place an order effectively, the Client has to give their name, registration number, and a tax identification number, which provides identification and data to the supplier. By creating an account in the Store and placing an order, the Client gives consent to the storage and processing of their personal data for sales purposes of the Store. The Client is entitled to access their personal data and correct them or demand such data to be deleted from the TDC database pursuant to the Act of 29 August 1997 on personal data protection (the original test: Journal of Laws from 1997, No. 133, Item 883 with subsequent amendments).
    11. All detailed provisions concerning the liability of TDC are governed by the sales and international delivery agreement.
