WHY
HAVING GOOD TIMESTEPS WITH GLOWING VALUES IS IMPORTNANT IN EMERGENCY |
It
is importnant to show good glowsteps values because: Regarding
the statiscts data that show that during average fire intensity
that takes place in a building, the rescue ac tions and emergency
should be led in a time of 40 minutes. Because after that mostly
there are tiny chances to save ones lives. So the statistic
intensity of fire the emergency escape action should take about
30 minutes. That is why we show the steps data which are really
good. Because during exactly that time the emergency action
should be taken and the glowing intensity of the safety signs
is MOST IMPORTANT. Showing the afterglow time as many companies
do is good, but sometimes it is absolutely unnecessary to manuracture
signs glowing for over 5000 min as some companies do. We put
most of the stress on that how the glowing behaves after 10,
30 and the 60 minutes. Of coure Afterglow time is importnant,
becuse it is connected with the good timesteps in glowing values,
but not always (please see our charts - exponential shape of
function) .Try to imagine what would happen in a builbing that
average fire took place after for example 5000 minutes that
give 83 hours and that gives 3,5 days in a fire. After that
time there will be no rescue action after more than 3 days.
So we do not pay that much attention to the afterglow time as
to timesteps in glowing values issues. We do not try to follow
the international trend in showing the extreme afterglow times
as a marketing action. We rather try to cunstruct the sign which
will appear bestly in the most importnant time for human's life. |
